    Corners Don’t Lie Flat

    I want to love this rug, but after two weeks the corners still won’t lay flat. I’ve tried ice and heavy books as the company recommended and have used heavy duty rug tape - they still curl up. Disappointed with the quality as I was told this wouldn’t happen.

    The flatness issue is real

    I'm almost two months in to my rug ownership and regretting that I didn't pay more attention to the reviews about it not laying flat.     Can the Marci salt be used as a stair runner? If so, where can one find an installer that doesn't require that you purchase the carpet from them? Thank you!
