    The return of the seal!

    Would love for bedroom but have dogs! Says its a performance rug so what does that mean?

    Hi Chris, performance refers to the fibers, which are more stain resistant and can hold up to cleaning products, making it easier to clean. That said, any stark white product will more easily show dirt and stains, and if you're concerned about clawing more than puppy accidents, we'd recommend a more tightly woven flatweave, and avoiding anything with small loops.     Hi, I have a little dog, every now and then, he urinates on the rug. Is this easy to clean?

    Hi Charlotte, Sugar is one of our performance rugs, and it tolerates stronger cleaning products without degrading the fibers and stains generally lift quite easily. That said, it can be more difficult to remove liquid stains that spread throughout the long fibers than a rug with lower pile. It's also important to keep in mind that, regardless of the material, lighter-colored rugs are more prone to showing wear than darker ones. Overall as far as shag rugs go, Sugar is great for stains!
