Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. Delivery was late, but only because of an accident on the interstate and contacted us in advance to let us know.

The shipping was a problem.

The shipping was a problem. Ernesta got the rug to the shipper in a timely manner, but the shipper had issues at one of their hubs. Ernesta helped me track the rug down and saw that it was delivered.

The ladies at the ernesta

The ladies at the ernesta store were really helpful and the shipping came faster than expected! We love that the rug mats are attached to the rugs and not separate.

Beautiful Rug!

We love love love our purchase. We were hesitant because of the price tag but we knew we wanted something top quality that would last for years to come. Ernesta did not disappoint . Ordering samples definitely helped with our final choice. And the rug looks great in our space.

Great job! It was a

Great job! It was a little difficult for the delivery crew to get the 15'x 18' into the house due to the length and weight. So, you may want to consider that in the future and send along a 3rd crew member. The delivery crew was great though, we figured it out.
