MEDIOCRE PRODUCT QUALITY / REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sizing for all items was incorrect and some rugs had manufacturing defects. The company addressed the sizing issue unsatisfactorily and completely ignored the defects, They further failed to respond when pressed to address the outstanding problems.
