So happy with my whole

So happy with my whole experience with Ernesta Rugs. There design people have been helpful and responsive without being over bearing. The rug is exactly as I had hoped - came sooner than expected and is clearly high quality. The rug makes the room!

Absolutely perfect

I'm so happy with these rugs. They give the texture I was looking for and the color is exactly as pictured. The sizing I specified was followed exactly, and I'm so glad to find a company that offers this customization. Also, they arrived in a timely manner. Couldn't be more pleased with this company...

Rugs are great! Process was

Rugs are great! Process was easy. The only issue I had was having to order pads from an outside vendor. Just seems like you folks should be able to supply the pads. You are leaving $$ on the table. If you can’t do that in house use an outside vendor such as Rugpads. com. Beside that my order is great.
