    Item was fine but not what I ordered

    I was excited to receive this rug that I ordered. I had ordered a round rug but unrolled a square rug. Company told me that I would have to submit a warranty claim and it seemed like they could care less about the carpet not being what I ordered. Lesson learned as I will not be ordering from them again.

    Perfect for foyer

    The Ellis rug is perfect for my entryway. It’s neutral and can handle all of the shoes and boots that pass over it. But it’s also gorgeous! I love it.

    How do you wash this rug? Can steam clean it?

    Hi Jeff! The Ellis Silver is a flat-weave wool blend that is great to use for moderate to high traffic areas of your home. This rug will also wear well with pets due to the nylon and wool content.

    Hi Kim, Ellis makes a great choice for a stair runner. We recommend working with your installer for any padding you may need to go underneath which will be specific to your stair type, we do not recommend purchasing a rug pad through us for a stair runner installation.
