    Buyer beware, sizing is not custom

    The quality of the rug is great. The sizing is off 2 inches in length. When I notified customer service, I was told that was acceptable, they have a 2 inch leeway. I was not informed this when I ordered. In my opinion this is NOT a custom sized rug. Now I and with the disputes team.

While we do have a 2" tolerance to account for fabrication techniques that is standard across the custom-size rug industry, the tolerance is not relevant in your case.     Disappointed - Not suitable for high traffic areas

    I was originally super excited about this rug, however, it is not suited for high traffic areas as it gets dirty incredibly quickly since it is a true white (not ivory / cream) color. I find myself constantly having to clean it multiple times a day, I thought since it was “performance” material it would have suite...

    Fabulous custom rug

    This rug completes my guest room. It was exactly as pictured. Being able to pick from 5 chosen samples was great and the rug arrived quickly to the exact size and quality expected. I’d recommend this company to friends.

    Love!!

    It’s the perfect fit, so soft, and really brightens up the room! I got it for our nursery, but it will easily transition to an older child’s room or guest bedroom because it’s a wonderful neutral. I highly recommend!

    Great rug!

    We have an odd sized area and it was great to be able to order the two customs rugs in different sizes that we needed for this area! It is great quality, fits beautifully, very soft - love the attached rug pad - and pet friendly!

    What is Trixeta? What kind of material ?

    Answer
    Triexta is a synthetic fiber that is non-absorbent and less prone to crushing than a standard polyester. No additional stain-resistant chemicals are applied to the material and most stains can be removed with warm water and a mild detergent. As a result, you are less likely to see discoloration with markings on Triexta than some other performance fibers.
