    Delivery & Tracking

    Placed my custom rug order before the end of 2023. Order was accepted, but no delivery or tracking information was available. Weeks later while I was out of town the rug showed up still with not notification/tracking info to say it was on it’s way. Over a week later I received a message that the rug was on its way...
