    I love our McCannon rug! My saga began ordering from two other companies. I needed a durable rug and easy to clean having two small dogs. One of the biggest challenges was the dogs using the rugs like a scratch pad and pull up the smallest loops of material causing unsightly snags. They can scratch away! No pulls....

      Would this be a good option for an interior stair runner?

      Answer
      Yes! McCannon is a great choice for stairs, as it is a tightly woven flat weave and quite durable to foot traffic, and and indoor/outdoor fiber so it's easy to spot clean. Darker colors are always more forgiving with foot traffic dirt, so if that is a concern for these stairs, we'd recommend the darker shades of this style.

      Would this be appropriate for a screened in porch. Would it wear well and resist fading . Because of screened porch sometimes would be exposed to moisture . This is for a summer norther Michigan residence - I would store it inside in the winter

      Hi Corrine, McCannon is a great choice for your porch! It is one of our indoor/outdoor styles and is made of non-absorbent fibers, so exposure to some moisture will not be an issue as it's intended for outdoor use. Storing it inside during the winter will also help to extend its life.
